The 48th Annual Carbondale Christmas Boutique at the Carbondale Firehouse located off HWY 133. Shop a variety of handmade gifts and treats from local artisans, bakers and crafters.

Every holiday season, Carbondale Arts transforms its gallery space into a shop filled with artisan goods created by local and regional artists from all over the Roaring Fork Valley and the state of Colorado. Goods typically include handmade candles, cards, jewelry, chocolates, ceramics, soaps and more! Carbondale Arts' annual "Deck the Walls" holiday market is coming up November 14 through December 24 this year, open almost every single day for its 5.5-week-run and featuring over 60 local/regional artists.

Carbondale Arts cultivates a vibrant collective of local and regional artists, designers, and hand-makers for each year’s Deck the Walls. Their goal is to help small businesses grow and to encourage community to engage and connect with the artisans while supporting our local economy during the holidays.

Join us for the Carbondale Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot 5K Walk/Run and 1 Mile Fun Run on Thursday, November 28th. This family-friendly event is perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

Race Details:

Start Time: 9:30 AM
Location: Carbondale Recreation Center
Cost: Adults (18-61) $15/$20, Youth (2-17) & Older Adults (62+) $7/$10 (pre-registration/race day)
Registration: Register online or in person at the Carbondale Rec Front Desk (Wed, Nov 27, 6 AM-5 PM)
Course: Choose from a 1-mile or 5K course. Maps available online.
Prizes: Awards for top finishers in various age groups, including a grand prize "Staycation" at the Redstone Inn and Avalanche Ranch Hot Springs passes.
Additional Information:

Costumes: We encourage festive costumes to add to the fun!
Leashed dogs: Welcome, but please keep them away from registration areas, food areas, and timing systems.
Tee shirts: Available for purchase ($40), with proceeds benefiting Shop with a Cop.
Post-race: Enjoy delicious pie slices, snacks, drinks, and awards.

An adult only holiday shopping event with live music, food & beautiful handmade gifts from over a dozen local vendors & the WSRF Store! Shop local handmade beeswax candles, handmade spoons and woodwork, handmade clay work & so much more!

Join Santa at Weant Blvd & Main Street at 5:30pm to Light Up the Forest Service tree and Main Street tree lights. Holiday festivities continue at 4th & Main Street. Free hot cocoa provided by Town of Carbondale, and sugar cookies courtesy of Alpine Bank, (while supplies last).

Free sleigh rides with Santa 5:45pm - 7:45pm (line up at 4th & Main street).
The Launchpad will be open for the Deck the Walls holiday market in the Carbondale Arts Gallery until 7pm with live performances by Roaring Fork Youth Orchestra.

Join Redstone Art Foundation for the 5th annual Redstone Holiday Market, a European-style outdoor market, where you can find unique gifts and holiday decorations. Local artists will partner with Redstone’s businesses to offer their fairs. Artists will sell their works on the porch or under a tent outside of businesses along Redstone Boulevard.

Stroll Redstone Boulevard starting from the Redstone Inn down to Propaganda Pie and the Boulevard Barrel! Visit with Santa, listen to some carolers and grab some hot chocolate while enjoying your time in the winter wonderland of Redstone. Dress warmly and bring your holiday cheer!

A free shuttle is available to transport shoppers up and down the boulevard. Remember to bring your cash or checks as some artists may not accept credit cards. Parking is available at the Redstone Inn as well as Elk Park. Refreshments and food available at the Redstone Inn, Propaganda Pie, and the Redstone General Store.
